Her first

ended up
lasting
nearly 15
years was
as the Director
of Training
at The Estee
Lauder Companies.
She was
responsible
for training
all levels
of staff
on customer
service,
product
knowledge
and corporate
image. After
getting
married
and moving
to Maryland
with her
husband,
she worked
in the wine
and spirits
business
for 9 years,
before setting
out to open
Fairgrounds
Discount
Beverages.
She saw
a need for
an open,
airy, well
stocked,
well managed
discount
beverage
business
that offered
discount
prices to
every customer.
